The Cadillac CT6 is a full-size luxury sedan that positioned itself as the brand's flagship, competing against the likes of the BMW 7 Series and Mercedes-Benz S-Class. Aimed at buyers who want American luxury with rear-wheel-drive roots and a spacious, tech-forward cabin, the CT6 represents Cadillac's most ambitious sedan effort of the modern era, offered here in its 2019 and 2020 model years.
The 2019 Cadillac Ct6 has not been crash-tested by NHTSA, so it carries no Safety Index. Its safety record here is built from 4 recalls and 15 owner complaints on file, giving it a light recall and complaint burden.

Reviewers generally praise the CT6 for its composed, refined ride quality and a cabin that competes seriously with European rivals in terms of space and technology. Driving dynamics are frequently described as engaging for the segment, and interior materials draw favorable comparisons to established luxury benchmarks. Some reviewers note that the overall execution, while impressive, occasionally shows signs of a platform still finding its footing against deeply established competition.
