The Infiniti Q60 is a rear-wheel-drive luxury sport coupe that competes in a segment dominated by the BMW 4 Series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupe. Aimed at driving enthusiasts who want premium styling and performance with a Japanese luxury badge, the Q60 carved out a niche as a sleek two-door alternative in Infiniti's lineup from 2019 through 2022.
The 2020 Infiniti Q60 has not been crash-tested by NHTSA, so it carries no Safety Index. Its safety record here is built from 1 recall and 2 owner complaints on file, giving it a light recall and complaint burden.

Reviewers generally praise the Q60 for its striking exterior design and composed, engaging driving dynamics, particularly in higher-output variants. Cabin materials and refinement draw mixed reactions, with some finding the interior appointments competitive for the segment and others noting that the technology and infotainment presentation feel a step behind European rivals. Most consider it a rewarding driver's coupe with a strong value proposition relative to German alternatives.
