ABOUT THE JEEP COMPASS

The Jeep Compass is a compact SUV aimed at buyers who want a capable, trail-rated-adjacent vehicle without stepping up to the larger Grand Cherokee. Coverage here spans model years 2019 through 2025.

WHAT REVIEWERS SAY

Reviewers generally find the Jeep Compass appealing for its brand identity and available all-wheel-drive capability in its class, but they tend to note that the interior quality and powertrain refinement lag behind some rivals. Most regard it as a competent rather than class-leading compact SUV, better suited to buyers who specifically value the Jeep nameplate.
